A dynamic mixed-use development in Istanbul, Turkey, the Mall of Istanbul combines the vibrant energy of a large scale shopping destination with soaring high-rise living. The 3.8-million-square-foot project features distinctive retail across four levels, four residential towers and office components, a high-rise hotel, and cinema, all focused on a spectacular central entertainment component. The four adjacent residential towers stand atop landscaped podiums, which connect to the green roof of the mall proper via a series of pedestrian skybridges. The mall features attractive 1,000-square-foot space as a food court that serves a variety of foods and a 16-screen cinema with a capacity of 3,050. In addition to these amenities, the 12,000-square-foot MOiPark is Europe’s largest indoor park and one of the world’s largest.
