Ryan Hochfelden is a Senior Associate/Designer at BCT Design Group. He brings more than 15 years of international and national experience in retail-driven, mixed-use, and multi-family residential projects, and excels at vertical design and retail planning.

Ryan joined BCT in 2015, and manages design-focused staff through the various phases of architectural design. His eye for quality design and place making has delivered unique and vibrant results to projects in the U.S., South America, Turkey and East Asia.

He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He is originally from South Africa, graduated from The University or the Witwatersrand, and has practiced in the US for over 13 years.
