Paul Evenson is a Senior Associate and Project Manager at BCT Design Group. As a dedicated designer, Paul enjoys all phases of work, from schematic through documentation. Paul brings a fresh perspective and holistic approach to every project, paying careful attention to all the details that result in a complete and successful design project. His boundless enthusiasm and sensitivity to clients’ needs means he is always in high demand.

Paul Joined BCT in 2006, and has since played a key role in both the design and construction of many of BCT’s retail, workplace,  mixed-use, multi-family and senior housing projects. Paul was instrumental in the design and construction of Cross Street market, Arbor Terrace at Fulton, Under Armour Performance Center at 10 Light, and Lexington Market.

Paul received a Bachelor of Architecture from North Dakota State, and is actively involved with Higher Achievement of Baltimore, an extracurricular mentorship and homework assistance academy staffed by community volunteers aiding students in the 5th through 8th grades.
