Pedro Sales is a Principal at BCT Design Group and Co-Director of the Commercial Studio overseeing much of the firms Mixed-use, Master Planning and Urban Design work. Many of the firm's longest clients rely on Pedro's expertise on retail-driven projects including both ground-up and renovation. In addition to leveraging his years of experience in mixed-use, he has experience in senior housing and interior architecture projects.

Pedro joined BCT in 2002 after earning his Master's Degree in Architecture and has contributed to the growth of BCT over the past 18+ years through his skills as both an excellent architect and manager. He is frequently out of the office directly overseeing projects in the Mid-Atlantic region and North-East.  Most recently, he led the renovation of The Avenue at White Marsh and is currently leading the design effort on Towson Circle and One Loudoun.

Pedro graduated from the University of Maryland with Masters in Architecture and an Urban Planning Certificate. He is a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), ICSC, the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and American Institute of Architects (AIA).
