Christopher Holler is a Principal at BCT Design Group, as well as the Commercial Studio Director responsible for co-leading the firm's Commercial projects. Chris is also responsible for leading BCT's technical documentation, production, and quality assurance processes, overseeing all major projects for the firm. He has led teams for some of the firm's longest-standing retail clients, completing projects including King of Prussia Town Center, Downtown Crown, Cascades Overlook, and The Shops at Canton Crossing. He was also part of the team that played a prominent role in the creation of National Harbor, designing and overseeing the construction of a significant number of buildings on the shoreline.

Chris’ main passion, though, is the development and design of food use spaces – restaurants, markets, and grocery stores.  He is proud to have led the teams responsible for designing the Lexington Market Transformation, the Cross Street Market Renovation, Watershed restaurant at Cross Street Market for Atlas Restaurant Group, a new food-forward prototype for the Dash In convenience store chain, and several True Food Kitchen restaurant locations.

Chris first joined BCT as an intern in 1998, while completing his Bachelor of Arts in Architecture studies at Lehigh University. He joined BCT full time in 1999 and has gained broad experience as a As an accomplished project architect and project manager,. Chris takes great pleasure in specifying the right materials and construction assemblies to maintain both the design intent and the project budget. He is known as a straight shooter, keeping his team and consultants on task, on budget and on schedule.
