King of Prussia Town Center plays a vital role in the diversification of the submarket suburban Philadelphia. Unlike its surrounding retail counterparts, King of Prussia Town Center is designed as a dense main street shopping experience. King of Prussia Town Center leverages placemaking principles and varied integrated activities such as a central plaza with pop fountains and fire features. The grand pavilion and generous lawn create the perfect setting for outdoor music, movies, and flea markets.
