Ed Ladwig is a Senior Associate and Senior Architect at BCT Design Group. He has over 30 years of experience as an architect working on virtually every building type including retail, entertainment, multi-family residential, senior living, resort and hotel projects, high-rise building types, master planning and large mixed-use international projects. His expertise includes detailed sketching and visioning, programming, concept development, and construction documentation.

He joined BCT in 2017 after 22 years with DDG as a Project Architect. Ed focuses on residential typologies of all types densifying retail and mixed-use developments around the globe notably the Remy in New Carrollton, Maryland and Jumeriah Golf Estates in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He also has worked extensively on many Senior Living projects such as Liberty Mill Senior Living and Brightview Senior living in Maryland, doing site studies, programming, and building massing analysis. He is a licensed architect in the state of Maryland and Colorado and is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).

Ed hold two academic degrees from the University of Minnesota and has personally designed and constructed 10 single family luxury slope-side houses in the Colorado Mountains, overseeing all aspects of design, site planning, public meetings, engineering and contracting.
