Bob Gehrman is the Managing Principal of BCT Design Group. In addition to acting as Principal-in-Charge for many multi-faceted projects, Bob is also responsible for overseeing the firm's business operations and fostering collaboration among staff, consultants, and clients. He is an accomplished, hands-on architect with a diverse background in a wide variety of building typologies and has been a part of the BCT team for more than 25 years.
Bob has served as adjunct faculty at the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School, in the Master of Real Estate Degree Program, and is currently on the Board of the University of Baltimore’s Real Estate and Economic Development advising the undergraduate program. Prior to joining BCT, Bob worked at several architecture firms around the country, gaining experience and insight into large and small firms and various building types.
Bob graduated from the University of Texas and has been a registered Architect since 1998. He completed the Greater Baltimore Committee's elite Leadership Program in 2012 and the Leadership Maryland program in 2014. He also serves on the boards of the Gutierrez Memorial Fund and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Baltimore.
